Handmade & Natural Material Disclaimer

All items are handmade from natural hardwood. Variations in grain, tone, texture, and appearance are normal and part of the beauty of handcrafted wooden products. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

Returns

Due to the nature of handmade, made-to-order items, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return for a damaged item:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mericalmillwork@gmail.com
Include your order number and photos of the damage
We will review and respond with next steps

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds

If approved for a refund:

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is with the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We can assist with filing a claim, but refunds are not guaranteed through the carrier.
