Processing Times

All items are handmade. Processing times vary by product.
Please refer to each individual product listing for its specific processing time.

If your order contains more than one item,
your order will follow the longest processing time stated.

During holidays or busy seasons, processing times may increase.


Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight of the order

  • Selected carrier

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.


Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to:

  • Weather

  • Carrier delays

  • High-volume periods

These delays are outside our control.


Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping costs will be charged to resend the package.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delays in transit

If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days at mericalmillwork@gmail.com with photos.


Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.
